- It has a remarkably complex flavour with the classic bittersweet character of the style, but enhanced by layers of dried fruit and delicate spices
- A nose of singed oranges, candied peel, vanilla, and menthol-tinged dandelion and burdock, backed up by rich berry fruit, sour and bitter cherries with their stones, and overtones of delicate rose petals
- The palate is full-flavoured and thick on the palate - perfectly balanced, bittersweet and mouthfilling
- Fruity cherry and menthol notes mingle with stewed raspberries, orange peel, earthy liquorice and subtle savoury herbaceousness - touches of tarragon and bitter leaves
