A vibrant Margaux which marries softness and structure, making it a real crowd-pleaser
- Inviting notes of blackcurrant, plums, kirsch with violets, which continue to the palate with cassis, tobacco and black cherry. The palate is medium bodied with a long, perfumed finish.
- Composed of 46% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot.
- Aged in French oak barrels, 40% of which are new, which adds flavours of baking spice and vanilla.
- 2019 is an extra-ordinary vintage in Margaux. The wine will develop favourably over the next decade, and can be enjoyed for the next two decades.
