A lusciously sweet and incredibly complex dessert wine
- Château de Fesles is the best known estate with the largest vineyard holding in the Loire Valley's Bonnezeaux appellation.
- Produced from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes planted close to the River Layon where morning mists favour the development of Noble Rot.
- Raisined grapes with concentrated sugars are handpicked, vinified and matured for 15 months in French oak barrels.
- This wine is sweet and complex with notes of honey, baked apple and candied citrus.
- A streak of fresh acidity runs down the backbone of this wine to offer structure and make sure the sweetness is balanced and not cloying.
