- Aromas of juicy blackcurrants, redcurrants and tobacco lead to dried herbs and cocoa, combining with flavours of plums, coffee and a hint of smoke.
- This wine is aged for 14 months in 25% new French oak barrels, contributing toasty richness as well as flavours of cedar, vanilla and banking spice.
- This 20 hectare estate is owned by the Cathiard family, who also own the nearby famed Château Smith Haute Lafite.
