On the nose you find delicate floral notes, ripe apple, aromatic herbs, and a hint of honey.
Freshness on the palate balances the minerality, leading to a long almond finish
Cold maceration extracts maximum flavour from the grapes, while temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves freshness.
Located in Gavi, on sites with South-West and West aspect. The Cortese vines are grown on mineral-rich limestone and sandy soils.
Gavi pairs well with Seafood Risotto, Grilled Fish in lemon sauce, Shellfish, Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese, Focaccia and light Chicken dishes.
