A fresh nose of blossom, fleshy orchard fruits and peaches. The apples and peaches follow through on to the palate joined by flavours of baked apricots and delicately toasted brioche and freshly baked biscuits. To complete the palate, there is a fine, smooth mousse and a long, lingering finish.
