• This is an aperitif inspired botanical drink produced from a base of raw apple cider vinegar
• The apples come from British orchards and go through a double fermentation which is then aged for over a year to soften the acidity and create complexity
• It then gets infused over several weeks with five key botanicals: orange zest, gentian, wormwood, rosemary and thyme before being balanced with wild flower honey
• The signature serve for Botivo is simply with a dash of soda or sparkling water, over ice, garnished with a slice of orange
