The aromatic nose shows fresh citrus and orchard fruits, with toasty complexity from the oak aging.
On the palate there is a combination of ripe citrus and stone fruit, with a creamy mouthfeel with vibrant acidity that leads to a lengthy mineral finish.
This wine has been aged for 10 months on fine lees, which accounts for the wonderfully creamy mouthfeel and texture.
A great match for roasted white meats or full flavoured fish.
