This elegant Champagne sourced grapes from two Grand Crus vineyards in the Côtes des Blancs; Mesnil sur Oger and Avize.
Rich and expressive notes of Mirabelle plum, nectarine and apricot on the nose.
On the palate the wine is crisp and lovely with a mineral edge and precise, taut, flavours which develop in the glass.
The wine has a smooth and creamy mouthfeel with a lovely citrusy finish.
A luxurious pairing to seared scallops or simply as an aperitif.
